Quality and transparency

Our regulated services are inspected by either Ofsted or the Care Quality Commission and their reports are publicly available for review. Where services are not regulated, we are audited by local authority clients. In addition, we have a robust internal audit process which ensures we uphold exceptional professional standards across all our services, at all times.

 

We take our social responsibilities seriously.  All profits are reinvested in our services and our Ethos and Philosophy and Ethical Code form the basis for how we accomplish our aims and objectives. Our work is conceived as the continuous development and improvement of a responsible, sustainable, transparent and externally audited management service.
