Independent Social Worker (home-based)

Assessor opportunities in Adoption and/or Fostering - covering London and the South East.

Are you a highly skilled Independent Social Worker, with valid SWE registration, able to undertake PAR and/or Form F Assessments?

Our service covers West Sussex through to London, Surrey and Kent and we're currently recruiting within these areas.

Our ISWs work in collaboration with Diagrama assessing potential adopters and foster carers through to the point of presenting to our Independent Joint Adoption and Fostering Panel.

Support Worker – London Borough of Bromley

Potential earnings of £23,575 per annum including sleep-ins based on qualifications.

Supported Living

Our supported living service throughout Bromley supports 37 adults with a range of complex needs and learning disabilities.

Situated in various properties across the borough, our dedicated and skilled team provides professional and personalised care of the highest standard, where the needs of each individual lie at the heart of everything we do.

Cabrini House

Cabrini House is a home for 23 adults with a range of complex needs and learning disabilities.

Situated in a private cul-de-sac in Orpington, our dedicated and skilled team at Cabrini House provides professional and personalised care of the highest standard, where the needs of each individual lie at the heart of everything we do.

You will provide essential care and support to all our service users, in a role which is pivotal to helping our service users become as independent as possible.

You will be a consistent and caring role model who is professional and non judgmental, encouraging individual independence and community integration.

You will lead by example to help service users fully participate in all day-to-day activities - including meal times and household tasks.

Foster Carers

Home-based role, £415 per child per week expenses payment, plus paid respite cover

Diagrama Fostering is urgently seeking new foster carers. There are around 70,000 children in care in the UK at the moment and we need to find new carers to help meet current demand for placements.
