Diagrama Foundation is regularly inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Our services and houses for adults with learning disabilities (Cabrini House) and for persons requiring residential nursing or personal care (Edensor Care Centre) are currently rated Good by CQC.
Diagrama Fostering and Adoption services are rated 'Good' by Ofsted the last inspection report.
Edensor has been awarded ‘Working Towards Dementia Friendly Status’ by Tendring Dementia Action Alliance. We are the first home in Tendring to receive this status.
